On-Grid Photovoltaic System is made of photovoltaic module,on-grid inverter,metering device and electrical system.Solar energy is got by converted pv module into DC power,then converted DC power into on-grid sinewave current with same frequency and phase through on-grid inverter.Some electricity is offered to the local load,surplus electricity fed into the grid.
Off-Grid Photovoltaic(PV) system consist of the solar batteries, the soalr controller, the storage battery(ies).if the output power is 220VAC or 110VAC,the inverter will be needed too.Function of each part is:
1.Solar modules:the solar modules is the core and the most valuable part of the PV system.The function is to convert the radiation of the sun into electricity or send it to the storage battery,or promote the workloads.
2.Solar Controller: the function of the solar controller is to control the working status of the whole system, and provide the charging protection for the storage battery. In places where differences in temperatures are too high,the qualified controller shall have the function to compensate the temperature. Other additonal functions such as the light-operated swich or the time-operated switch are all optional fo rthe controller.
3.Battery:normally the lead-acid battery. In small and micro systems, nickel-hydrogen cell, nickel-cadmium cell or lithium cell can be used too. The function is to strorage all electricity emitted by the solar battery plate when there is the sunlight, and to release the electricity when necessary.
4.Inverter: the directo output of solar energy is normally 12VDCˇ˘24VDCˇ˘48VDCˇŁTo provide power for apparatus of 220VAC,DC-AC inverters are required. |
